Encapsulation of Brunfelsia pauciflora microprogated shoots as a suitable conservation protocol

نویسندگان

چکیده

The percent work aimed to establish an efficient in vitro propagation and conservation protocol for Brunfelsia pauciflora plant using encapsulation techniques that allow the genetic stability of conserved material. effect growth regulators types (BAP, Kin, 2ip, NAA) concentrations at 0.0, 1.0, 2.0 mg/l were stud-ied during establishment phase comparison with a hormonal-free medium. In proliferated shootlets encapsulated various levels sodium alginate 1, 2, 3% (W/V) calcium chloride 2.5,5 10 %. regrowth ability explants was evaluated after 3, 5, 7 weeks compared non-encapsulated buds. findings current study proved establish-ment phase, applying BAP gave best results three successive subcultures. treatment 2ip (2.0mg/l) + NAA considered ideal shooting rooting Brunfelsia. Successful recovery from low concentra-tions (1%) 2.5% could survive high-est (100%) periods 7weeks. Increasing 5% same concentration caused gradually reduced survival 53.33% increasing conservations period (from 3 7weeks). It is first paper on application syndetic seed technique shortest renovation whose stabilization by analysis RAPD similarity ranged 56.1 80%. These confirmed anatomical sections made leaf blade.

Curcumin as a bioactive compound: biological properties and encapsulation methods

Curcumin is a bioactive compound from turmeric which has different biological properties and health benefits such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and anticancer activities. However, the low solubility, poor bioavailability, and rapid degradation under neutral or alkaline pH conditions or when exposed to light, limit the food applications of curcumin. These problems can be solv...

Security-Preserving Asymmetric Protocol Encapsulation

Query-response based protocols between a client and a server such as SSL, TLS, SSH are asymmetric in the sense that the querying client and the responding server play different roles, and for which there is a need for two-way linkability between queries and responses within the protocol. We are motivated by the observation that though results exist in other related contexts, no provably secure ...

Protocol Portability through Module Encapsulation

Because protocol software is difficult and expensive to implement and test, it is often ported between systems, instead of being rewritten from scratch. Unfortunately, porting protocol software can be nearly as difficult as from-scratch development, due to inherent differences in subsystem design and services provided. Thus, protocol subsystems can have a profound effect on the portability of a...

A new leishmanicidal saponin from Brunfelsia grandiflora.

A new furostan-type saponin (1) was isolated from the methanolic extract of Brunfelsia grandiflora leaves, together with four known compounds. The chemical structure of 1 was determined by spectroscopic analysis and chemical reaction to be 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 22alpha-methoxyfurost-3beta,26-diol 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1-->3)-{beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2)}-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)-be...
